Ankura Consulting, a renowned global expert services and advisory firm, has announced a significant expansion of its Cybersecurity and Data & Technology capabilities in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. The firm has welcomed highly respected cyber leader Rob Phillips and his team, bolstering its expertise in the fast-growing APAC market.
Rob Phillips, based in Singapore, will assume the leadership role for Ankura’s Cybersecurity and Privacy practice across APAC. In this capacity, he will closely collaborate with the global teams to provide clients with end-to-end cyber services, ranging from digital forensics and eDiscovery to incident response, cyber readiness, threat intelligence, privacy consulting, and 24×7 managed detection and response (MDR) services.

Prior to his role as a cyber leader, Phillips founded RP Digital Security (RP-DS), a Singapore-based cyber firm renowned for its expertise in cyber investigation and computer forensics, specializing in areas such as data breach, ransomware, business email compromise, and insider threat investigations.
